Phillip and Hayley Cole started 540R Builders in 2008.
We aim to keep top quality in all our Construction projects and Interior Fit Outs.
We use reliable, trade quality equipment, follow the latest Health and Safety requirements and all power tools regularly checked and tagged by a registered electrician.

All 540R employees are Site-Safe registered and we pro-actively hold on-site safety meetings.
Be assured that your project will be carried out with our commitment to quality. We're proud of our excellent work standard, and that all our jobs are completed within the agreed time frames.
Hands on experience means our team has both the 'know how' and 'can do' to get the job done.
We currently have a team of 12 all with the passion to build.
Our name and what it means:
People often ask why and how we came up with 540R as our company name.
Back in 1993 Phillip was an apprentice, and at that time also used to moonlight as a guitarist in pub bands. His mate, also an apprentice, had the same initials, so when etching his tools Phillip decided to etch his with '540R' - the model of Ibanez guitar he was playing at the time. Further down the track in 2008, when forming a company, we thought what better name than the one etched on all his tools.
We are proud and excited to be in our tenth year of business.
540R was started in 2008 just as the recession hit the construction industry.
Needless to say our first few years were the hardest but we pulled through and evolved into the company we are today.
We're thankful to those accountants, bank managers, main contractors, site managers, quantity surveyors, project managers, sales reps, family members and many more that have supported us and are especially thankful for the amazing staff we've had over the years.
Looking forward to the another successful 10 years.
